In September of 2024 I had a "superior" buying experience here. Smooth transaction, fair deal, all in all probably the best buying experience in my 50 years of car shopping. I wanted a specific car, they had it, I drove it, bought it. I highly recommend and thank Dalton, my sales rep, for a very positive buying experience!
I was 120 miles from home, had a breakdown in my new 6500hd. They had the part and got me right in so I could get back on the road, geat experience and an awesome group of people.
Needed a part for my truck. Called they had the part. I told them I would come get it. They pulled the part and had it ready to go when I arrived. They confirmed the part, and then I paid and got my truck back on the road. Joe was a great help.

Another dealership another lousy experience. We live near Pryor OK. so we called at 8:30 am to confirm the vehicle want was there and ready to deal. We drove the 54 miles to get there at 9:30 am. Dalton was amazing to work with! I bought a used truck and drove down from Iowa to pick it up. I had never heard of this dealership and I had no idea what to expect. The truck was exactly what he said it was, and more! On top of that, I had a small issue with the vehicle on the drive home and Dalton took care of without hesitation. That’s service!! What other dealerships would do that?? I would recommend this dealership and Dalton to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Thank you for all your help!
I had some error codes come up on my '23 ZL1 and it ended up being one of the catalytic converters was bad and they got me completely taken care of in about 24hrs total and shuttled me from the dealership and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. One of the most painless service experiences I've ever had at a dealership.

Beware if you decide to buy here they really good at the reel in but terrible at making it worth your buy. My experience was horrible they are not willing to fix their mistakes and it’s costing me $1,984.86 all for a contract that did not include taxes and licensing fees. Huge problem for me I bought a truck I am going to struggle to drive and properly tag.
They had our Cadi in to reprogram the keys last month and then this month to fix the recalls. EVERY single person that I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. Excellent communication on all sides .

I was very happy with the quick repair but not pleased with being overcharged for the part. Not only that it being a refurbished part, per your invoice. I could have gotten a new one for one third of what you charged.

We were able to get our vehicle in for service quickly. The service was completed in a short time. We noticed the air conditioner doesn't get cold, but we didn't think to have them check the freon.
I had an early appointment and was met perfectly on time. My representative met me and took me to the waiting room and got me a soda. Such a pleasant young man. He returned and told me about some recall issues and said he’d take care of that for me. Being 74 years old and now taking care of the car on my own (a 2022 Enclave), he was so helpful and I felt well cared for when I left. Thanks, guys

Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC may take a while to get things done but I must say they do take care of their customers! I primarily dealt with Joe in the service department in Siloam Springs and he was always pleasant with me, even when I was having one of my bad days lol I will always buy my vehicles through that dealership and I will always make sure I have the Black widow package on my vehicles too. Both companies together went over and beyond to take care of me! Thank you Joe & Tim! Ya Tha Bomb!

I called up here yesterday looking for some information about my power steering that’s been going out. I spoke with Heather first who then got me to Stefon. Stefon was so helpful! He was patient and kind and broke things down for me. He really helped point me in the right direction on where to start identifying the problem. He listened to all my questions and repeated himself if needed. Wish I could give him a 10/10 because I’ve never had such great customer service from a dealership service center.
