Purchased a Pre-Owned Cadillac through Whitney and could not have asked for a better experience! I was 120 miles from home, had a breakdown in my new 6500hd. They had the part and got me right in so I could get back on the road, geat experience and an awesome group of people.
Needed a part for my truck. Called they had the part. I told them I would come get it. They pulled the part and had it ready to go when I arrived. They confirmed the part, and then I paid and got my truck back on the road. Joe was a great help.

Dalton was amazing to work with! I bought a used truck and drove down from Iowa to pick it up. I had never heard of this dealership and I had no idea what to expect. The truck was exactly what he said it was, and more! On top of that, I had a small issue with the vehicle on the drive home and Dalton took care of without hesitation. That’s service!! Beware if you decide to buy here they really good at the reel in but terrible at making it worth your buy. My experience was horrible they are not willing to fix their mistakes and it’s costing me $1,984.86 all for a contract that did not include taxes and licensing fees. Huge problem for me I bought a truck I am going to struggle to drive and properly tag.
They had our Cadi in to reprogram the keys last month and then this month to fix the recalls. EVERY single person that I dealt with was highly professional and friendly. Excellent communication on all sides .

I was very happy with the quick repair but not pleased with being overcharged for the part. Not only that it being a refurbished part, per your invoice. I could have gotten a new one for one third of what you charged.
